With seven trim levels to choose from, you are sure to find something that fits your needs and your budget with ease. The “T” level refers to the powertrain that is offered on a specific trim level while the name designates the other features that are available.
T5 Momentum
The T5 Momentum is the base model for the Volvo XC60. This is available with a front-wheel-drive and an all-wheel-drive option with a four-cylinder turbocharged powertrain. The T5 turbocharged powertrain is the standard powertrain available on the XC60. Even though the T5 momentum is the basic model it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t have luxurious standard features. With a 9-inch infotainment center as standard, as well as leather, heated seats you won’t remember this is the basic model. This model starts at $41,700 with optional add ons available.
T6 Momentum
The T6 Momentum is largely the same as the T5 Momentum with one notable difference. This model has a stronger powertrain turbocharged engine with more horsepower. Coming in at 316 horses, the combined gas mileage is 23 MPG rather than the 24 MPG that the T5 gets. The T6 Momentum starts at $47,500 and is sure to impress.
T5 R-Design
This trim level is a step up, design and feature-wise, from the Momentum. However, it has the same powertrain turbocharged engine that can be found in the T5 Momentum. The T5 R-Design offers a different selection of interior colors as well as additional packages that can be added on. It doesn’t come with more standard features to increase the feeling of luxury during your daily commute.
T5 Inscription
The T5 Inscription, which is available now at Giles Volvo Cars El Paso, is one of the highest trim levels. It has the fuel economy expected from Volvo enthusiasts and is perfect for the daily commute. With the T5 Turbocharged powertrain, there is the power to accelerate well while not burning your much-needed fuel. Wireless phone connectivity and satellite radio only add the modern and luxurious feel of the vehicle. It also boasts 14 speakers and steering wheel mounted audio controls.
Other Trim Options
There are three other trim options available for the XC60. The T6 and T8 options. The T6 has a stronger turbocharged powertrain option while the T8 is a hybrid option for the eco-friendly driver.
